“Adopting one daughter and giving birth to another has greatly enriched my understanding of both the challenges of parenting and the practice of pediatric medicine. With careful listening, I like to involve the patient (and family) in the decision-making process.”
In 1981, I earned my medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison. My internship and residency were completed at Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am board certified in pediatrics.
Away from the clinic, I volunteer at church and my children’s school, participate in a mother/daughter book club, garden, cook (a lot) and go to concerts.
