I strive to be a resource for my patients, enabling them to make informed choices and manage their health and well-being.

In 1990, I completed a Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Dietetics at Mount Mary College and later became a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. I joined Advanced Healthcare with office hours at several locations. My role with educational service includes diabetes education and instruction in food and nutrition and I assist in community programs on nutrition, lifestyle management and diabetes. I’m active in local and national diabetes and dietetic associations.

Diabetes education, stress management, weight management, cholesterol and hypertension interest me.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, bird watching, playing bridge and going to my cottage in northern Wisconsin.
