I encourage my patients to ask questions, discuss their concerns and participate in the decision-making process so that they are comfortable with the final treatment choice.
In 1993, I received my M.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. My Ophthalmology training was completed at Loyola University in Chicago. I am a comprehensive Ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and laser refractive surgery. I am a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. I am Board Certified in Ophthalmology.
Professionally, I have a special interest in no-stitch cataract surgery, glaucoma, and the treatment of retinal disease.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy golfing, skiing, tennis and fishing.
