Communication between patients and physicians is an important aspect of health care.

I encourage patients to ask questions as we work to make the best decisions regarding their eye care. I received my Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. I have experience in hospital and surgical centers and am fluent in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, as well as the surgical co-management of cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery. My speciality remains comprehensive eye examinations for contacts and glasses. I have a special interest in ocular manifestations of systemic disease including hypertension, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. I also enjoy performing pediatric eye examinations.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy jogging, basketball, skiing, and spending time with my wife and children.
