In 1999, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Concordia University in Mequon, Wis. As a certified hand therapist, I specialize and treat injuries of the hand and upper extremity.
I enjoy working and specializing in hand and upper extremity injuries with different diagnoses and populations. Working with a patient to regain function in their upper extremity after an injury or surgery is very rewarding. It is fulfilling to see progress and ensure a patient’s goals are met so they are able to return to their daily activities.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy working out, such as running, step aerobics and weight training. I also enjoy movies, downhill skiing and traveling. One of my hobbies is baking and cooking, which I enjoy sharing with others. Most importantly though, I love spending time with my husband, our families and friends.
