I consider it very important to listen to my patients and to help them understand their disease process. I am very concerned about what can be done to improve all of my patient's quality of life. I want my patients to take an active part in their medical care.
In 1981, I earned my M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I also completed my Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. I then completed a Fellowship in Rheumatology at Case Western University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
I have a special interest in the care of people with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus and Psoriatic Arthritis.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family. I am the father of five sons and their activities in various sports have kept me busy throughout the years.
