I provide patients with state-of-the-art care with an emphasis on patient education.

A native of Chicago, I earned my M.D. in 1974 and completed my Internal Medicine training and a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in Chicago. I'm Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Allergy and Clinical Immunology and am a clinical assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin Medical School. In addition, I'm currently chairman of the Asthma Guideline Committee of Horizon Healthcare, chairman of the Asthma Workgroup of Community Collaboration on Healthcare Quality and an allergy/asthma specialty consultant for PrimeCare and Compcare.

Difficult, challenging asthma cases and asthma during pregnancy are of special interest to me. Patients with nasal allergies, sinusitis and hives are also a welcome challenge.
