Child and parent education and involvement are necessary for good child health. It is important to me to work closely with children and their families to keep them healthy and injury-free. And, as a lot of developmental change takes place from birth to adolescence, I enjoy guiding families through this exciting process.

In 1999, I earned my M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin. I completed my Pediatric internship and residency through Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. I am Board Certified in Pediatrics.

I take special interest in injury prevention and adolescent health.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, crafts, home projects and good books.
