As a specialist in managing shoulder and elbow conditions, I focus on each patient as an individual and through education and treatment help to maximize their functional recovery.

In 1995, I received my M.D. from the University of Michigan. My General Surgery internship and Orthopaedic Surgery residency were both completed at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. In addition, I completed a Fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. I am also Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.

I focus on operative and non-operative treatment for patients of all ages with shoulder and elbow problems. Surgical options ranging from minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery to joint replacement surgery for end-stage arthritis are utilized to restore the greatest and quickest functional recovery possible.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy time with my wife and four children as well as long distance running.
