Optometry
My job as an optometrist is to work with patients to inform and educate them about their eyes and eye care. I strive to ensure my patient's vision is at its best today and protected for the future.
In 1990, I graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry with high honors. I served a rotating internship at the Quantico Naval Hospital in Virginia, the West Virginia Veteran's Administration Hospital and the Indiana University Contact Lens Research and Visual Training Clinic.
All areas of eye care are of interest to me, especially regular and specialty contact lenses, treatment of eye infections and emergencies. I especially enjoy working with children. I always check for glaucoma, cataracts and diabetic eye disease.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy many outdoor activities with my family, sports, biking and wildlife photography. I am a Packer and Wisconsin Badger fan.
