I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO. My residency in family medicine was completed at Aurora St. Luke’s in Milwaukee, WI. I have advanced training in women’s health including menopausal medicine with and without hormone replacement therapy, sexual health, vulvodynia (vaginal pain), vaginal dermatologic disease and cancer survivorship through my fellowship at Aurora West Allis Women’s Pavilion.
My family medicine training allows me to care for men, women and children of all ages. I developed a special interest in caring for women during my family medicine residency and therefore pursued fellowship training in women’s health.
Due to my women’s health training, I particularly have experience in and enjoy caring for mid-life women. I do not deliver babies or do surgery, but focus on the outpatient care of women. Special procedures and services I provide include menopausal medicine, sexual health medicine and family planning.
I grew up in the rural area of Fenton, Iowa and currently reside with my
husband and young children in Slinger. Outside of work, my interests
include cooking and traveling.
