I have 30 years of extensive experience in hip and knee replacements, arthroscopic procedures and care of the injured athlete.
I received my M.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign after which I attended the University of Illinois-Chicago Medical School. My Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery was completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin. I am a member of the American College of Surgeons, Milwaukee Orthopaedic Society, Wisconsin Orthopaedic Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Mid-America Orthopaedic Association and American Foot and Ankle Society. I am Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Professionally, I take a special interest in hip and knee replacements including the Birmingham Hip Resurfacing, Oxford unicompartmental knee and minimally invasive procedures for hip and knee replacement, arthroscopic surgery for knees and shoulders, and other upper extremity problems.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy motorcycling and am a sports enthusiast. I am also married with seven children and have five
grandchildren and two cats.
