I firmly believe in a holistic approach to the issues of the individual, not focusing on the issue alone, but on the entire person and how it affects them.
I earned my D.O. in 1998 from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. I completed my internship in 1999 through Midwestern University in Illinois, where I also completed my residency in 2001. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
I take a special interest in diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, and women’s health. I am also fluent in Arabic, and know minimal Spanish.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy soccer, hiking, home decorating, camping, traveling, reading, church activities, and spending quality time with my family.
