We serve our patients at 42 clinics throughout southeastern Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties. Our physicians work closely with skilled nurses, medical technologists, physical therapists, radiologists, registered dietitians and other professional support staff to provide the best possible individualized care.

Advanced Healthcare was created in1998 with the merger of two historic community clinic organizations – Falls Medical Group and Milwaukee Medical Clinic.
In 2007, Advanced Healthcare and Aurora Health Care announced an affiliation agreement that enhances care for patients and better serves the communities. Part of that agreement included plans for the new Aurora Medical Center in Grafton.
