About Aurora Advanced Healthcare

Advanced Healthcare was created in January 1998 from the merger between two historic community clinic organizations - Falls Medical Group and Milwaukee Medical Clinic.

In 2007, Advanced Healthcare and Aurora Health Care announced an affiliation agreement that will enhance care for patients and better serve the communities. Part of that agreement includes plans for a new regional medical center in Ozaukee County.

For more than 40 years our physicians have been providing quality health care and offering the latest information and services in over 30+ specialties. Twenty clinics located throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties, in the metro Milwaukee area of southeastern Wisconsin, offer nearly 250 primary care and specialty providers along with the resources necessary to ensure our patients’ best health.

Patients are able to develop a one-on-one relationship with their primary physician and, at the same time, benefit from an entire group of professionals at Advanced Healthcare. Our physicians work closely with skilled nurses, medical technologists, physical therapists, radiologists, registered dietitians and other professional support staff to provide the best possible individualized care.
